2019 Christmas Social for The Whins and Boulder Creek Estates.

Our insurance provider this year was Western Financial Group, Bethany Foreman agent. The policy runs through October 21, 2019. Our Strata manager is currently requesting proposals from three providers for the coming year. This year we have asked to make sure and provide for coverage for volunteers (75K) as this was missed last year. What are the limits of our coverage and how are you affected? Our strata corporation maintains, as required in the BC Strata Property Act, comprehensive liability insurance and fire loss coverage. This policy does not cover your personal property and contents, this is the strata owner’s responsibility to maintain. The Boulder Creek Strata Association will be holding a special general meeting (SGM) on June 1st, 2019 at the Seniors Citizens Hall125 - 17th Ave S.Cranbrook, BC. The agenda of the meeting is available HERE.

 The Building and Property Maintenance Committee is conducting a survey to establish the condition of each of the properties in our neighborhood and inventory all maintenance/repair needs. The results of the survey will help the strata council focus our maintenance efforts and ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standard in a cost/effective manner.
